When returning an item(s), all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping fees are refundable only when items are shipped incorrectly or are damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable after seven (7) days of customer product possession.

A handling/restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may be assessed on returned products, unless given "good cause"; to be determined at the sole discretion of PipeDrUSA.
