ACCORDINGLY, LA TANKLESS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICES SOLD. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, LA TANKLESS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE LA TANKLESS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25.00 or the maximum allowed by law. Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed, including attorney fees. We may electronically collect returned checks, service charges and other applicable charges. Payment is required prior to shipping your package.

When returning an item(s), all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging, in order to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping fees are refundable only when items are shipped incorrectly or are damaged. Shipping fees are non-refundable after seven (7) days of customer product possession.

A handling/restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may be assessed on returned products, unless given "good cause"; to be determined at the sole discretion of LA TANKLESS.
